A shot of my wife’s Smoked Salmon Salad from Blue Baker–Romaine lettuce with smoked salmon, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, capers and Parmesan cheese dressed with Caesar dressing.
From Bar Louie in downtown Austin, Texas. This sandwich had melted brie, ham, turkey, field greens, Dijon mustard and blackberry jam on Parmesan French bread. Oh yeah, and they served it with a $1 Shiner Bock from the tap.
