This is a Green Chile Pork Taco from Torchy’s Tacos in Austin, Texas. It has slow-roasted pork carnitas simmered with green chilies and topped with queso fresco. They serve it with tomatillo sauce on a fresh corn tortilla. Good stuff!
The drink with which I toasted my friend, Jana’s, birthday. Good times and good drink. This was served at Dive Bar & Lounge in Austin, Texas. According to the menu, an Old Cuban had gold rum, sugar, fresh lime juice, fresh mint and Cava. I could have sworn I saw the bartender slip in some Worcestershire Sauce, but don’t quote me on that.
