Grilled up some veggies recently. Kept it simple. I sprayed some EVOO on them, ground some sea salt and pepper and sprinkled some Balsamic vinegar on them. Delish.
Tonight, my wife made some wonderful lentil soup. She then mixed in some garlic sausage right before serving.
The best thing about build-your-own pizzas is that I get to put anchovies on my half. This one has kalamata olives, mushrooms, red peppers, onion, pepperoni and, oh yeah, anchovies.
