Ok. One more ribs posting. These ribs are from Lum’s in Junction, Texas. Stopped here for a bite on my way home from West Texas.

Black’s Ribs

Pork spare ribs at Black’s Barbecue in Lockhart, Texas. This place was phenomenal. The icing on the cake was that Kent Black, the pit master, gave us a tour of the pits while sharing with us stories of the history and origins of Black’s Barbecue. If you’re in central Texas and enjoy good BBQ, it’s definitely worth a visit.
