The weather was nice, so I fired up the grill.
Grilled up some veggies recently. Kept it simple. I sprayed some EVOO on them, ground some sea salt and pepper and sprinkled some Balsamic vinegar on them. Delish.
Heated up some garlic sausages on the grill.
Corn, soaked in water and then grilled in their husks. Peeled the husks back, buttered, salted and served.
I love grilling shrimp. I’ve posted my grilled shrimp before–sorry. This time, we tossed the shrimp with pasta and snow peas.
