Grillin’ chicken fajitas and chillin’ with a Mexican Martini.
Shake in a shaker with ice:
2 oz water
1/2 c. Sweet Sour Mix
4 tsp. olive brine (20ml)
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
Pour into a chilled martini glass with olives.
I usually mix up a double batch in a big measuring cup then pour some into a shaker with ice and shake and pour. When that runs out, I get fresh ice, refill the shaker and keep going until it’s all gone.
